Maybe it just needs to be washed with a vinyl rejuvenation cleaner versus painted.I would post a picture here on BP and get some opinions.

I'd like to rejuvenate this thread as I find Vancouver RE super interesting and it's a market I would like to get into one day so I follow it very closely.

Many new developments and USC Expansion and rejuvenation of a suppressed area are currently underway.

There are parts of the city that are great investment areas, and some that will take a few more years to see the rejuvenation come to their area.  

Especially if they're motivated to rejuvenate the city. 

I rubbed some on a hidden tile and it seemed to tint it very well, I think if I went with an ebony color it might do just the trick, then I could go over it with rejuvenate or some other basic floor coating every few months to help seal it in.Thoughts or suggestions?

We look for older properties in good locations which are nose against obsolescence and determine if we can modernize and rejuvenate them.  

It is a Depression-Era, 1930 single family home with Art Deco design elements located about a block from the city's rejuvenated downtown area, where there are shops and restaurants, and across the street from The Siloam Springs Museum.

I don't have to buy into the vortex/spirituality business to feel the calming and rejuvenating effect of its beauty.

If a product could rejuvenate comp. roofing @ 20% cost of new would you be a customer?
