Why is the refrigerator in a closet, and how does that correlate to the rest of the kitchen?

- what if one tenant doesn't have enough space in the refrigerator?

Same with the circuit breaker have the refrigerator on the same circuit .I had tennants turning off the breaker for hard wired smoke detectors , until I moved the wire to the living room circuit , if they turn off the smoke detectors they have no juice for the big screen .

Even if your not renting a furnished house you still need to protect your washer/dryer, refrigerator, stove, chandeliers, etc. 

I provide the appliances that are part of the real estate -- range, dishwasher and built-in microwave -- and those that are personal property -- refrigerator, washer and dryer.

However I have had to replace some major appliances recently which had put my in the defecate and added to my motivation to sell (Hot water heater, two refrigerates and a washer/dryer).

Another example....last year on turnover, one of the refrigerators was missing two shelves.
