The parts are fairly cheap and they are on the easier end of things to install but you may not wish to do this.On the burners there is a device that looks like a rectangular box called a spark module and it generates a spark to light the burners.

It is rectangular shaped like a bit more squarish brief case, has a clear plastic cover and the back and compartments are black plastic. 

There is a small concrete rectangular channel that separates the 2 homes (it's in a subdivision). 

In a perfect world: (in no particular order): Square/rectangular shape, 1-story, open floor plan, lower pitched roof fully trussed, slab on grade monolithic foundation, 24 o.c framing everywhere, T1-11 plyw. siding, minimal windows, minimal doors, minimal trim, minimum code electrical/HVAC/plumbing, carpet everywhere, avoid tile, laminate countertops, Home Depot cabinets, basic fixtures and appliances, no fencing, no trees or old stumps, minimize landscaping, minimize driveways and walkways, forget pavers, cleared flat lot, no fill, utility hookups available in front of house and best case they are aleady tapped, inspectors are easy to work with and pass everything the 1st time, subs show up when they need to and actually care.

If instead I redo the window frames and restucco/drywall so the window openings are a standard a rectangular shape, the cost of each window falls dramatically to only $500.

When you stand back and look at the brick house it will appear all the bricks are laid down lengthwise and you notice the rectangular sides of the brick.

Its very rectangular so half of it could be made into something else perhaps inexpensively.I'm just trying to think of what may bring this house hope and then figure out what it will cost so I can shoot across an offer.Thanks a lot!

The house was perfectly rectangular, flat roof, no eaves angles nothing, no ripping up old roof, literally applying adhesive and laying the rubber.

It's a rectangular slab that fits on top of rectangular cabinets.

The space has the standard rectangular tiles with those long fluorescent (?)
