I have 25 listings, and probably have to reconnect calendars 2x a day,  IGMS is who is use for the calendaring,  and Hospitable for messaging,  strongly considering going to Ownerez.

I love your suggestion to reconnect with the network and go the route of asking if they know anyone who might need an agent rather than directly pitching my services to them.

to help track leads, notes  re conversations with sellers, generate reminders every NNN (30 days) that you need to re connect a batch of leads.   

Speaking of Quickbooks, if a tenant goes a few months without paying through the app, you have to re-connect them to Quickbooks after the tenant calls because they are unable to pay.
