This doe t mean that the poster is someone in cohorts or a “supporter” of the person, business or methodology you claim defrauded you.Based on my posts in the other thread on the same topic, I have been receiving emails providing additional information purported to show proof of fraud, though I have NO WAY of verifying it.

The Ashcroft Fund 1 capital call pays back the GP nearly $10-11M for purported 'loans" they made to support the fund last year....Even though LP's were not advised/notified last year that the GP's had to make such "investment".

They were good at taking your money and timely kicking out certificates of insurance, but if you have a claim, that is a different story.While they paid a fire claim (an ex-lover of the tenant set the dwelling on fire, because the tenant purportedly broke up with him) NREIG made it difficult, and attempted to undervalue the claim on the basis the property was not properly insured.

So one of the purported benefits of having title in an LLC is that it makes it more difficult for someone to determine how much the value there is if they were to sue you.
