Am not a USA Resident and i want to know when its time to sign a P&S Agreement or an Assignment contract should i right just my name like this: John Doe or with full information IBuyHousesCashJohn Doe, Managing Memberspeak to an attorney but we would never accept an offer from john doe, you have to sign your full name.

I am struggling to find someone to fund a primary residence.
