If you can't figure out how to escape that entry-level job and get into something that pays better, then I would argue you probably don't have the skills necessary to invest in real estate and manage it well.Focus on finding a job you can be proud of and that pays well.

Still boils down to will the developers go for it and will the market receive them well.Portland came up with some really high density rules to allow these little tiny home villages and the planners and city was so proud and a few developers tried them but the market ( buyers) dont like them and the projects have failed so no one is building them anymore..

Are they going to be able to buy your proudly done flip.3) If you misjudge the market, do you know when to dump it.4) Can you put a spreadsheet together on your purchase costs, carrying costs, rehab costs, closing costs, selling costs, tax costs, contractors that don't show and delay your project etc. etc. etc.5) Is the return worth the risk.

Eventually it might not exist if we don't reinvest in our local future.It just seems to me that it’s more rewarding to build a business as a local in a town, where the locals all know each other, and together we can revitalize the physical spaces but also build deeper bonds between neighbors and be proud of the community we live in and participate in making it thrive.
