I am not tied to any program.  A

They Pooh Pooh the cost of the program as “insignificant” when you consider how successful you’ll be.  

I plan to step up to the plate and take a swing here soon.I was attracted to the CCCF program as it seems to simplify the process some by putting together a step by step process to attracting off market deals and executing them.

I’m attempting to go through the program as an owner occupant to get in with as little down as possible.

It all seems pretty feasible and attractive, but curious if there are many lenders or investors actively taking advantage of the program.   As
