I believe your loan could get called if you transfer ownership to an LLC without consent of the lender, especially a brand new LLC that does not have two years of tax returns.

Other BP threads seem to indicate a structural engineer could make the call, but that getting one is pricey.

It's pricey and competitive, but stay in your own backyard, consistently look for deals, and you'll find a great asset.

You also have snow removal and salting when you own apartments and it can be pricey.
