There is something called an "easement by prescription." 

Monday (Memorial day) Tenant texts me at 8am asking what the plan is for the mailbox key saying he has a prescription coming and he really needs it.

Plus raising kids when you have no benefits I know for about the first 10 years or so all we could do was major medical so doctor visits  prescriptions etc were not covered. 

It is a good policy, not catastrophic coverage, it compares to the policy I had at my old job except prescriptions are a little more expensive.
