Unfortunately, I don't have the working capital to procure the land and finance the entitlements process.

But signing an agreement with another agent will not affect the first agent's procuring cause status.

Send the bill to your PM and demand they procure payment from the tenant for the damage they caused.

I suspect there is a ton of this going on in the industry and when the litigation flies that is a something that will be pursued who was the procuring causes and did they get comp and could they legally take comp.  ???
