We bought a lot in Frasier co. in Jan. for 150k close in 5 days seller was in a pinch listed it and sold it in 3 days for 290k..

You will not actually save money, and you will irritate the Contractor by penny-pinching and micro management.

We don’t penny pinch.

Soft job market means tenants are pinching pennies.  

Right now, my only guests are the very well-to-do who don't feel the pinch that your average family does.  

If it is keeping you up at night and pinching your personal budget quite a bit, that's a different matter.
