We first put a waterproof/bugproof one on ("maximum"), then cover this with a breathable one (cotton or cotton blend), then top it with the regular pillow case.

All linens, towels, mattress pad, pillow cases and shams.

If you came home and found a local teenager in your bedroom loading your valuables into a pillow case ,would you call the police or offer him a few hundred bucks to stop stealing all your stuff and leave ?

They will bleach to death and/or destroy what they are washing.Make sure you have at least 3 sets of sheets and extra pillowcases for short turn over days.

Next, pull all the sheets/pillow cases off beds even if they dont appear to be slept in and place them all in a laundry basket and inspect/fold all comforters/blankets.

As someone who uses AirBnB as a guest, I would be furious if I arrived to a home that did not have sheets, towels, pillowcases, etc.

@Paul SandhuYou could get them plastic pillow cases, so when they slobber in there sleep, they won't get tobacco stains on their pillows.

I always buy sheets pillow cases towels, brand new.
