I’m always thinking about how something will photograph so my other advice is to make sure the photos are top quality because that’s all someone has to go off when booking. 

How the house photographs gets more eyes on it.

Wedding photographers would love to use the front porch for photographs, it's very impressive, especially with the Juliet balcony. 

Next I interviewed agents and found a good one that takes his own photographs( ex photographer so they were good).The Last thing I did worked.....

I use this and share with my team (i.e) drone photographers, VAs, reatlors, partners, etc.Zoho Forms, I use this to collect info from leads, buyers, etc.Zoho Desk, this is a ticketing where all inquires go to and since it integrates with Zoho Forms, it creates a ticket within Zoho Desk + New Lead within Zoho.Zoho Cliq, similar to slack, I communicate with my team with this software.

Going forward, my plan was to have my photographer go to houses whenever we had an interested buyer.

Other then that photographers can do pictures from the ground.

You better buy a great place, furnish it well, and take good photographs, not to mention iterate it with professionalism.

There are plenty of entry roles from cold calling, scrubbing data and find deals for investors, leasing assistant, work on construction sites, office admin, project coordinator, Title assistant, RE photographer, transaction coordinator.. on and on.
