Cut out expensive stuff you do not need but just want.Try to get that monthly amount needed to survive to a nominal amount.3.

Ask them to update your photos and put your best foot forward.If the market is doing well and your PM is marketing poorly, then you have a case for complaint and/or moving to a new manager.

Obviously some are worse than others, but man, the Realtor in the photo below is comically bad.
