It included a Google Voice phone number, and the scammer answered calls pretending to be me, using my real name.

Also, SAAS platforms are supposed to include support and service (that's the last S), but the quality varies greatly from company to company. 

If that person were to get hurt somehow and then expect you to pay the medical bills or become disgruntled in some way it is just a phone call to DOR, OSHA or L&I.
