I hear he is awaiting his jail sentence for his fraudulent bankruptcy filing several years ago.  

Seems like that would reveal the tenant(s) that have since been arrested (and presumably jailed/prison long enough to "lose" the lease/apt). 

FDCPA controls debt collection and makes sure that buyers  of defaulted debt don't threaten borrowers with violence , phone calls in the middle of the night and non-existent jail sentences for failure to repay.

He has taunted other political rivals with “lock her up”, but his election saved him from jail time.

That's a huge deal and could result in Federal jail time. 

Payed for the so called free CD/DVD stuff and all of the sudden they are charging me $40 and $98 a month for something I never signed up for.You got to watch these gurus they like to sucker people in with these free CD's,etc but in reality it's a scam to drain you of monthly charges for something you never asked or signed up for.People like that belong in jail.

Underfunded investors, IMHO, would be spending time in jail if that happened to them.I get several investors weekly from that group, who's SubTos I'm working on to straighten out.
