In theory, yes you could get under contracting adding "and or assigns" but really good odd's that's going to kill a significant # of potential deals.

As an aside, my laundry pods for the guests and liquid for the turnovers are "free and clear" and have never gotten a complaint.I have had guests break into my owner closets, but oddly never steal (they were kids probably looking for liquor).

Wondering if you offer Netflix (or any other streaming service) for free or do you just have it available to the renter?
