What if you have a bunch of money in Bitcoins and North Korea sets off a nuclear bomb that takes out satellites and shuts down all communication, computers, etc. then Bitcoins aren't going to be too accessible will they?  

I’d throw in its cleaner energy, but if that was really a factor we’d be building nuclear plants. 

I went on once and it was like the forums on speed and crank, but also swimming in a nuclear swamp.

If and when they sell, they have to move somewhere (about 72%, the rest rents, goes into assisted living or moves in with family), so inventory-wise wise it's for the most part a wash.The only way you can see the supply/demand situation change is if a market (the US or a metro area) loses a significant percentage of the population (like a pandemic or nuclear incident) or we catch up building 3-5 million homes (surplus of normal), with tales the better part of a decade if we can even find the labor.

If just going this path is more practical it would simplify things significantly, but everything I understand says introducing these new activities and the respective liability could expose our other property to risk if a nuclear claim occurred related to either property if they were part of the same LLC. 

In a $1.6 billion deal, Microsoft and Constellation are working to restart Unit 1 of the Three Mile Island nuclear plant.

The idea is a good one, but I don't think the property will cashflow due to being based off a singular nuclear site and workers/engineers from that site.

Exactly how much climate change there will be (as well as how much humans will mitigate it depending on the future of green energy, new technological breakthroughs or if we ever actually figure out that 4th gen nuclear is actually the best option).

In my market, Amazon is building a large data center, but they are buying land from a nuclear power company and building it right next to the power plant.
