Won the case and she had 7 days to get out.

I don't think we have anything cooking right now in WI, I'll bring this up in our next legislative meeting.

Law websites like nolo and others have said if the tenant in NJ has made partial payments then you have to give them 30-day notice before you begin the eviction process.

I'm in Cleveland, it's like 20 right now but it was 60 3 days ago.

So it's a waiting game for that property until you have enough to do a cash out refi.

And private financing can be wise if you are a diligent investor, which it seems like you are:)*If I would have known then what I know now, I would have used my first loan to land the largest deal that I could have.
