The issues really happen when it's just R.E. agents begging for some $, pitching "I can do that too" and in reality there in breach of NAR codes because they don't have proficiency and expertise in it what so ever.

Do not buy into the NAR spiel of crap tools.

This is something that now NAR (National Association of realtors) requires as of August 17th 2024.

Although with the NAR settlement you may need your RE agent to negotiate that in.
