Seems like there are a lot of individuals in this boat  -  especially in my sons line of work  - which is lighting and tech for special events and music tours.

The city itself is established, older neighborhoods, better city amenities (museums, arts/music etc), more pro sports, more hills, bigger river, has a streetcar, arguably better nightlife overall.

This offers a wide range of outdoor activities and recreational opportunities.Cultural Hubs: Cities like Los Angeles and San Francisco are major cultural centers, offering world-class museums, theaters, music venues, and diverse culinary scenes.

She goes with friends to more events as I am not an addict or in the program.Live music and dancing!

But, selling “cash flow” works for other industries, such as oil and gas production, music royalties, tv syndication rights, and probably some more I’m not aware of.  

the profit is far less than I typically achieve but this is an awesome cabin (it was owned by a country music star in the past).
