I was just having a momentary lapse of judgment due to a little frustration on not getting another deal going yet. 

I feel the drop in stocks will rebound quickly, especially now the full approval of the $1.2 Trillion stimulus package to China sending people back to work, this "dip" will be a momentary drop, similar to a V or a U, in the recovery time.

Trends are great, but sometimes people make the mistake of sacrificing the character of the home by replacing everything with what will fit into a modern momentary trend.

One thing that can occasionally create some momentary angst is the issue of assignability.  

But either way, I wouldn't be afraid to give away momentary profit for knowledge that costs thousands of dollars through courses and mentors and have the ability to repeat and grow more deals.Hope that helps! 

After 6 months my opinion is that this momentary dip is going to curve back up - and in my market there is 0% evidence of actual value decrease, only asking price decrease (BIG difference).  

I guess it gives them a momentary feeling of success.

As I said to our PIN group (Property Investor's Network) in March, at worst the lead law is a momentary headache, a month's revenue in size.

I had a momentary dream of vacation rentals in Lake Placid... also passed by the ski jump Centre.

I have my mess under momentary control but really think I need to do some more quickly returning money deals to get space to breath.
