HI,I am interested in investing in ground up mobile home parks development in Florida and Texas.

Does anyone know anybody who funds mobile homes and/or abandoned parks with infrastructure already in place?

Why not just buy your own mobile home park and let everyone live for free? 

If you can split each into 3 or more lots and put a 2020 mobile home on each lot, I think you would get more bang for your buck.

Kitchens, Appliances and relocating plumbing for revised kitchen layouts, adding in-unit laundry etc. are what generally drives these apartment renovation budgets assuming the mechanicals don't require complete upgrade or replacement.
