Does anybody have experience with evictions in North Carolina?

I am currently focused on Wholesaling Real Estate Deals in the North Dallas and DFW areas.I am eager to Network with fellow Investors and Professionals in the area to explore Opportunities for Collaboration.

Think across the river or highway from the East End, or south/north of downtown in neighborhoods that have easy access to the city and walkable downtown areas.

I looked a 7 properties all within 5 mile radius.

Ideally, I wanted within 1 mile and sold within 6 months.

I'm interested in finding deals within a 50 mile radius of WPB where I vacation every year and wondering who I can connect with on the side prior to my visit to see if my goals are realistic in the area. 

Properties should be within about 5 miles of such hospitals.
