Towards the end of November, we got professional photos up of the reno and used the 20% new listing promo and quickly got 3 bookings for December in a two week period. 

For the listings that are struggling, try using the calendar promo feature on Airbnb to help boost visibility.

@Riley Gilson @Chris MayI was directed here from a very similar thread that is currently ongoing so I too haven't read all the posts, but I can attest to the loophole in DTI using a HELOC, especially here in Hawaii where we have introductory promo rates as low as 1%.
