I think it's harder to do well.One last suggestion, for the final touch you could order a few custom branded Google Cardboard goggles to send with the investor package - your prospective investors can immerse themselves in the Matterport scan and have a memento that is way better than a calling card.

And, they didn't put in the one scene that was actually unscripted -- the old, crazy previous owner of that house walked in during shooting to look for some old memento he thought he had left in the house (he was certifiably crazy and he never would have found anything in the piles of junk he left).

I should also add that I kept this specific property and now live there, so it is an interesting little memento.
