Just to update this , i went with a product called STM Short Term Medical , it is not a replacement for health insurance , has exclusions like maternity, pre existing etc.

@Mike Matern  On the loan application it asks if any of the downpayment is borrowed, so you'll have to answer that.Yes, I'm assuming the personal loan would show up on your credit.
