Partnership is like a marriage, be careful who you choose. 

Most importantly my faith, then my marriage, then my kids (first one coming in April).

I know he's recently shifted more towards spirituality, marriage & family content and it just seems he's gravitated away from the hard work of actually buying and selling real estate, which is why (IMO) most of us are here.

I don't believe in marriage so I ain't paying no engagement fee.

The fact that I use(d) my own funds and continued using my own funds after marriage was helpful. 

Society and demographics favor smaller units since marriage and child bearing are being delayed.
