If your property is 1259 sq ft, and the going rate for 1250 properties in a close-knit are is 1250/month, then two things are a given.  1: In order to get the 1250 you need to have no problems with that property.  2:  just because you added gold fixtures in the bath, and a marble floor in the foyer, you're not getting more than 1250. 

It SEEMS ( I of course don’t KNOW) that the subject of the threat was called out, didn’t want to admit the truth, and when the subject was pursued decided to pick up his marbles and go home in the way of 5 year olds.  

The marble came from a shop about 2 hours away.  

The bottom floor is approved for commercial business and has the main vault, some marble flooring, and a back room office and restroom.

So for now what we are seeing as these deals are not working as advertised is many investors just dont want to admit they invested in a very high risk venture and if its not going right it has to be the Sponors fault so  like the little statue on my Dads attorneys desk said  SUE the BASTARDS :)

Hi @Marc Shin - In the past, I used a 3/4" marble for a condo MTR....it actually turned out very nicely. 

electrical and Plumbing White and local . cabinets white and local  dig out and foundation white owned Hispanic crews or combo. interior tile Granite marble  Eastern Block speak no english. 

In the bay area; Pine cone lumber, economy lumber, lumber liquidators, herning underground, conliff plumbing,bedrosians marble, consolidated electrical, edges electrical, o'hare plumbing,ewing irrigation, aaron overhead door, mintons door, stucco supply co, whitecap, aydins window, savin windows and those are just a few I can think off.
