Make no mistake; people from both sides of the aisle would use this program if made available. was the point to build 3 mil MORE homes than currently being built.. that will be tough given supply chains and manpower and zoning and land use rules.. your not going to for instance in Oregon bust the long standing urban growth boundary rules without revamping the entire states land use process's and laws.. plus what kind of housing.. ???

There are some reputable lenders that go down to 75k - just know below that 100k loan amount level that rates and cost may seem higher because of servicing and man power inputted into the deal still cost the same for lenders and brokers involved.

You need the connections or manpower to scour the counties recorders offices for seller carry backs then build a data base of those.. then you have to try to skip trace or other methods to get to the Beneficiary of those notes.

Good luck you have it about right when I talked to the manufacturer of the machine he quoted me 10% savings and of course some time savings .. u also have the issue with man power and who knows how to use them and the other subs who have never worked with them.. then getting them approved at the county level etc etc..
