The skiing pales in comparison to Colorado or the Sierra Nevada of course, but I still thought it was pretty great as a kid growing up in the midwest 😃

We have looked and made offers at emerald coast and are looking in the CA sierras currently.  

Or NV is a good choice low prop tax's and no income tax..also personally I have been looking for a summer cabin in the Sierra valley.. this is north west of Reno and one of the best kept secrets in CA.
