As illustrated in the diagram above, the investment city determines crucial factors: rents outpacing inflation, acquiring multiple properties with minimal capital, and the longevity of your rental income.

(considering the longevity of the foundation, NO comparable, etc.) 

Not to mention the $47 VIP ticket that Dean and Tony had for their week long event.

In addition, modest increases that take cost of living and other indicators into consideration is a reasonable way to assure longevity among tenants.  

I wouldn't touch arbitrage with a 10 foot pole unless it was a super unique property and situation with an owner where I saw some longevity and buy in from them. 

The newer systems are garbage from a longevity standpoint.

It all comes down to the team you're working with and more importantly the management company who is going to be married with you through the longevity of the investment.

I take reviews with a grain of salt, but it looks to me like as I posted here a year ago, gimmicks are not a recipe for longevity in property management. 

Option 2 I have similar response to option 1. option 3: We have had STRs since 1999 which puts my STR longevity in rare territory.  

The current owner’s strategy has been longevity with good tenants vs. raising the rent to keep pace with market pricing.
