STR is a bit weird because the Covid travel demand pushed the price hardcore for the last few years. 

I think most people would agree that a single family home is better than a condo for a long term rental.

In 5 days I have only gotten about 10 inquiries. 3 months ago when I did my last listing I had 60 inquiries after 5 days.
