Hello, To all my permit expediters and all other contractors, how do you all go about finding leads for projects? 

its very robust for those looking for land and other things other than vanilla leads..

They will likely want you to do all the traditional lead gen steps: cold call, open houses, door knock, etc.

Every day I mark how many calls to leads I made, how many people I contacted (and was it email, call, text) from my database/past clients....how many social media posts I answered or made, etc.I don't know if that's automating, but every week I can quickly see how much of each money generating thing I did.Do you use Google Calendar? 

I am trying to get more direct to seller leads as most my leads come from other wholesalers who don't have buyers like us.

I'm looking into various cold calling companies to help generate leads.

 just start generating leads and start talking to people and when you’re not doing that educate yourself also hire a mentor just basically get active..

My wife and I plan to purchase a few properties ourselves, but with the lead generation strategies I’ll be implementing, I expect to come across more deals than we can personally handle.That’s where you come in!
