Why do you need a MNT person if you have a propety management company?

I know WA state, as a whole, is becoming more ADU friendly and especially so on the west side of the mnt but you really need to check with your local codes.

Property rents for $800, so prior to cash out refi cash flow = ~675/month (after taxes/insurance/vac/mnt (new rehab).

I’m fairly familiar with Utah county Orem/Provo/PG/Lehi/Eagle Mnt. but not so much with SL county other than downtown SLC. 

Purchase price: $1,500,000 Mnt home in Eagles Nest.

Same here I just closed a new home built in hwy 92 in acworth for 250k and expected $1700/mnt which is what I see one of the home rented in the same community.

Reno is 45 min to Lake Tahoe and 10 or more ski resorts including, squaw valley, heavenly ski resort.We are within an hours drive to over 100 mountain lakes.3 hrs to mammoth mnt ,Yosemite, SF, and Silicon Valley.
