Same here I just closed a new home built in hwy 92 in acworth for 250k and expected $1700/mnt which is what I see one of the home rented in the same community.

Reno is 45 min to Lake Tahoe and 10 or more ski resorts including, squaw valley, heavenly ski resort.We are within an hours drive to over 100 mountain lakes.3 hrs to mammoth mnt ,Yosemite, SF, and Silicon Valley.
