Adding your property manager as an additional insured means they will be listed on your insurance policy as a named insured.

We have multiple properties in the Horn Lake area of MS and we are wanting quotes for Landlord Insurance.

., We were over a decade without insurance, and when I refinanced and insurance was needed, I had no trouble getting insurance in place.  

Many insurance companies do not allow adding a landlord as additional insured.

Insurance is awful.

Any recommendations for Umbrella insurance providers for each partner to cover any liability?

Do any of the tenants have Dogs (Breed restrictions are individual to each company).These may not prevent you from getting insurance but they may limit the number of companies willing to insure it.
