I won't see any rents or income until after the construction phase is completed.

I’m in the learning phase of my real estate investing journey. 

I am still in the learning phase, but I am actively researching some local markets to hopefully find something this year.

One market, near where you are looking, that is still in this phase is the Ocala market. 

We are still in a real estate expansion phase.  

We are just starting to research and plan for a move out to the southeast somewhere, still in early planning phase.
