Many of them are posers - I smile and nod, knowing that their posing will make an impression on many who dream of quick wealth, and that their incredibly transparent bullsh** will eventually blow up in their face, leading to no lasting wealth and potentially major problems for themselves and everyone associated with them.Many of these students receive referral fees if they are able to sign up other people to the expensive ($5K+) coaching programs, masterminds, mentorships, or tribes.

The course is also incredible. 

It’s incredible what you can accomplish when you focus on creating value and solving problems in real estate.

It seems incredibly high but we aren't familiar with the phoenix area.

Depending on the transaction sizes you are pursuing, raising money to purchase property without debt requires either an incredible network of relationships or devoting a lot of time and effort to raising money.

Any insights, connections, or resources from experienced investors would be incredibly helpful!
