Now the rental reference the tenant gave on the application the lady's name was that of the man who owns the house wife who also gave yet another amount they pay for rent at their current residence. 

But I really think I should just go for the multiplex, and stop trying to be a wannabe OC Housewife with my big fancy walk in closet!

I have bad credit and no money because I have been a house wife and mother for the past 13 years.

Our first plan was to use and FHA 203k loan but being that my wife was a house wife and we were living on one income pretty much the last 3 years my credit took a BIG hit.

The Germantown or Collierville house wife that calls out repair companies for every nit picking issue is more important then a one or 2 deal a year investor.  

However, from a flip perspective, when asking retail for a house, be prepared for a lot of "worried housewife drama".

My dad is an employee of a company with a monthly wage of less than 500$, my mom is a typical Housewife and I have a little brother as well, who really admires me.
