If you are new and out-of-state, you are behind the 8-ball for sure and need to be very careful.

A sq ft price is just to get in the ball park and not very accurate at all.

But, it will be too late for some.Those who recognize that we are more than DNA and body parts will take themselves more seriously.Putting air into a basketball that has a hole in it will keep the ball inflated only as long as the air going in is faster than the air coming out.

FSBO is very possible in hot markets.. if you already have buyers lined up.. in markets that are not hot your going to get deluged by investors looking to low ball..

Our goal is to produce robust cash flow to help fund the golden years and eventually pass the properties to our kids.

So I definitely don’t want to rush into anything and make sure it’s the right area, but  would like to get the ball rolling on this.

The problem is that I know a lot about the real estate strategies that I can do back in the US but Spain is a whole different ball game.

I have signed up for two meetups now and look forward to getting this ball rolling.

So, with large numbers of new graduates entering the field who are CHEAPER, someone established in the field may soon find themselves with "golden handcuffs" unable to find positions with the same pay as they are replaced by these younger cheaper options.
