Need to be sure you include the "unknown budget" and never take the optimistic approach as it is better to have money left at the end than writing more and more checks that were unplanned for.Again, if you can walk through an actual property and compare notes with someone that does it in your area (key factor), you will be way ahead of what a generic book can give you.

The ones that truly understand it often don't want to be bothered, so, slightly back to one, are assuming that any outreach is bad news, otherwise, let it go.Everyone's preferences are different, but I found sending out a semi-generic email with a link to schedule time with me was the best way to reach the most people, and people that wanted to talk without making them assume something bad was happening.

unfortunately this marketing specialist was NOT a specialist in marketing for real estate businesses, did not understand the unique requirements and characteristics of real estate, and hence implemented their “generic” on line marketing program.
