Similarly, if you are you a medical professional with strong connections at the local hospital, then target properties (and their owners) that would attract medical travelers.

I work in the medical field and know that Jax has several major hospital systems along with a growing economy.

I truly believe she had a medical condition and shouldn't even live in my house, should probably live in elderly housing or the like.

In the past 10 years, Ocala has greatly improved the employment base, adding tons of logistics and distribution jobs on top of the medical, service and equestrian jobs that we have always had. 

@Kasey Hardt very interesting,  didn't realize this was a pattern but even I've got friends that are getting recruited to the area for medical device startups etc, so could be a very interesting trend to watch.

💹*Reminder- The Pearl Development is predicted to create over 11,000 jobs in Mecklenburg County within the next 10 years & will be both a medical education institution and an international headquarters. 

If fully updated, market rents could be 5K a month plus utilities etc.The office space is currently being used as a medical office and it's a block from the hospital so there is always a good pool of rental candidates. 

I have noted a few medical clinics/hospitals near the property that I was thinking of reaching out to ask if they hire traveling nurses and if my property could be considered for their stay.
