So probably no acquisitions yet.There's typically a 12 to 18 month overlap between continued fundraising and investing funds so fund 3 very well may have some active investments.

You mentioned that you're not interested in grants or fundraising, I'm curious what type of operating budget and actual program you have in mind.

We've been working well with them and see ourselves hiring them as a GC.We have 100k left to fundraise but plenty of investor pipeline to get us there.

This isn't a bad thing if that fund raiser is doing strict due diligence on the sponsor, has done multiple deals with them, etc.

I just found this thread tonight, and I am trying to make sense of what I am reading.I received two emails in the last few days, literally, offering a limited opportunity to invest in a new fundraising expansion capital for some new business that is part of the Norada family.  12-month secured note at 17%. 

Happy to chat offline about introductions to G.C.s with connections to investor groups, and some of my experiences with different fundraising groups as well.
