It is very important that they are friendly, and also friendly to investors. 

Biggest suggestion is that becxareful when folks gives you advice especially pertaining to tenant laws/evictions as MA has the most friendliest laws. 

They are the friendliest and most respectful people you will ever meet.

You'll be waiting a long time to evict because everything will be backed up after this COVID-19 brouhaha so, I'd put on my friendliest, most compassionately sounding self; even if you have to fake it, and offer them cash to be out on such-in-such date w a clean property.

I'm still stuck in the whole analysis paralysis phase right now and it doesn't help that this isn't the friendliest market to  begin investing.

From my past experience, there weren't always the most friendliest, humble, soft-spoken of people at that one.

I'm more familiar with CT and MA than I am with NY, but I know enough to say that CT is the landlord friendliest of the three.
