It was a slap my forehead moment.

I think we are kind of saying the same thing which is that there is a huge variance in values under the umbrella of those city titles and that you should be careful which comps your using when approaching a flip opportunity in that area.As Trevor stated, the subject property is North of the Freeway... and therefore probably should stick to the reseda comparables to not get an unrealistic ARV...Now off to get that SFV 818 forehead tattoo so I can reclaim my valley boy status 

I was told it was good, so I read it, but found that touching my forehead then repeating the high points and posting on my mirror to be a bit "hokey" and the typical "guru" style.

sometimes i feel like just writing (looking for private real estate investors call (999-999-9999) on a post it and slapping it on my forehead and just walk around the city !!!!

This past year, I was sitting about 10 rows down from a guy who was hit with a screaming line drive, directly in the forehead.

Just because someone has tattoos all over their forehead, neck and hands, and wears gang colors does not mean they are a bad person.

Well as the sweat started to develop on my forehead I reached for my phone to shut the ringer off because my son was calling and in the progress as I was telling them my offer I dropped the phone and my iPad both at the same time.

NA Martin-- I just slapped my forehead...I work in Grand Terrace, my daughter was in the NICU at LLUMC for two weeks (she is fine now)...Loma Linda never even crossed my mind.
