I do have floating rate agency debt, however, and rising rates coupled with lack of rent growth has been a drag on cash flow. 

However, if it was a floating LVP floor, you should be able to relay the same flooring since water wouldn't damage the LVP flooring and you already have pieces cut to fit.

Anecdotally, if a house that literally 'floats' over water can burn by wildfire, is any property truly insurable?
