Nurses might just have a 2-year degree, but all licensed K-12 teachers and most medical professionals in New York State have master's degrees, background checks and even fingerprints with the state. 

The licensing process for real estate requires fingerprinting, which should deter bad actors.

on #5 I like the fingerprint or passcode type of locks as we can get them in bulk for $28.49 on Alibaba.

I understand the above services are not free and so willing to pay for it and also open to be fingerprinted.

I'm mainly consider about dings/durability and the black showing everything similar to a black car LOL (smudges, fingerprints, dirt, etc).

I prefer white because stainless steel shows finger prints. 

This means they have passed their education requirements, tests, continuing education, background checks, fingerprinting, etc.

People think "arrest" and think of being "booked and processed" with finger prints and pictures etc.. 

There are challenges in some places too....let's say in US every agent also needs background check and finger prints to get licensed, this helps because we can then access lock boxes on private occupied homes.
