I'm finally ready.

Decided to pull the trigger finally in RE investing, taking advantage of interest rates and some on hand cash.

A few other comments;For Philly: It's best practice to include the required documents in the final lease packet and have the tenant sign or initial all to prove receipt.

I'm excited to share that I've finally taken the plunge into real estate after a long search!
