The seller is being difficult, first said only return half my deposit, now not willing to return whole deposit using me passing the inspection date as excuse, my agent is fighting for me and said to the seller it is about financing bank is not lending at the asking price, the contract has general terms about financing, it is a standard contract my agent offered, my agent told me he is going to call the title company, hopefully title to return my deposit. 

As a Realtor, I am seeing inventory fly off the market in many cities and my buyers are having to fight to go under contract.

If the zoning map was altered where all 2-4 units were now RT-4 then developers couldn't just tear them down to make SFH and building owners wouldn't need to fight the city to increase density. 

My question is have any of you ever had self doubt and how do you fight it.

What are you trying to accomplish, what’s the upside to fight all the additional downsides I’ve pointed out?

We are in a fight over jacked up lot rents that are going to make most of the mobile home park move out as they are either low income / fixed income tenants or are elderly and just cannot afford these high rents.

Insurance is still an annual dog fight via my broker.Read your policy very carefully, consider replacement costs will probably be higher than estimatesResiliency is a requirement here.As far as sell or not....it'll depend on your determination to be here.This ain't the burbs of the bay area.Prepping for heavy rain right now.
